ORGAN SYSTEMS
An organ system is a group of organs that work together to accomplish a specific task. Without even one organ or tissue, the system will not function properly. Also, the brain must contact every organ in order to instruct a task. Another reason why they are mutually dependent. The human body has five main organ systems (circulatory, respiratory, digestive, musculoskeletal, and nervous systems). Unlike the plant, which has two main systems (root and shoot systems). The tissues are also important towards the organ functions. Example: In the musculoskeletal system, the brain sends a message to the nerves (tissue), which responds with an action that might result in movement. The muscles will move in the way that the command is given.
